I’m a Personal Trainer with nearly 10 years of experience in sports performance training, weight loss, strength building, and injury prevention. In this time, I’ve traveled the world, training at some of the best martial arts gyms, which has given me a wealth of insight into how the top athletes in the world train.
Through my training, I’ve learned that the most important tenets of life are knowledge, discipline, and passion.
